
Gamma S.p.A., with registered office in via Genova 28 BOBBIO PC Italy - info@gamma-spa.com - as the Data Controller in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, GDPR), intends to make clear and complete information on the methods and rights that can be exercised by individuals in relation to the processing of their Personal Data, drawing inspiration from the expected principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency to protect the freedoms and rights of the data subjects.
The personal data processed by the Holder include (i) identifying data (first name, last name); (ii) contact data (e-mail).
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to business inquiries entered through the forms on the site.
The legal basis for processing is consent to processing for the cited purpose. The provision of data is mandatory, as failure to provide it or subsequent denial of processing will not allow receiving the aforementioned response communications.
The operations that we foresee as necessary in relation to the purpose described are (ex Art. 4, GDPR): collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Personal data will be subject to both paper and electronic processing, including automated processing, in ways that ensure high levels of security and confidentiality to the processing, including storage (if any).
The personal data processed may be known only by personnel specifically assigned to the processing operations and may be communicated to third parties - possibly appointed as Data Processors, ex Art. 28 GDPR - who may be entrusted with specific processing activities, such as operations related to the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. The updated list of appointed Data Processors can be requested at any time from privacy@gamma-spa.com.
Personal data will not be disclosed for other purposes, nor will it be disseminated.
Data subjects may at any time exercise their rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, namely:
a) have access to the personal data that are being processed;
b) always obtain the rectification, integration or deletion of the same or, under certain conditions, the limitation of processing;
c) in the cases provided for, object to the processing;
d) revoke consent (any revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing already carried out);
e) know the updated list of the Data Processors;
by addressing a request to the e-mail address privacy@gamma-spa.com.
Data subjects may also file complaints with the Supervisory Authority ("Privacy Guarantor").
The personal data collected will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes, subject to compliance with any other rights, obligations or protection requirements under the Law.
