Laboratories carry out tests on raw materials and finished products in accordance with international standards and on the basis of Customers' special requirements.
Evidence includes:
• tensile, compressive and flexural mechanical tests with ZwickRoell instrumentation;
• tests for creep current resistance (CTI standard IEC 60112) and dry arc resistance (ASTM D495 standard)
• thermal aging and calcination tests in ventilated kilns up to 300°C and muffle kilns up to 1100°C.
• viscosity and density tests
• solvent extraction (Soxhlet)
• thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) with Mettler Toledo instrumentation
• differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) with Mettler Toledo instrumentation
• dynamic-mechanical analysis (DMA) with Mettler Toledo instrumentation
• ATR Bruker spectrometer for infrared material analysis
• tests with Gibitre Instrument thermomechanical presses
• specific tests for insulators High voltage (>1000V AC and >1500V DC)

HIGH-VOLTAGE GENERATORS AND MOTORS FOR POWER GENERATION, PROPULSION AND TRACTION
The proposal is broken down by application type for vacuum impregnation systems (VPI), pre-impregnated systems (RR) and dry systems (DS).
