Complaint handling


DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the case of receiving goods with damaged packaging:

- photograph the packages before they are unloaded by the carrier
- note the problem on the transport document DDT
- indicate on the TD the number of packages involved and the type of damage
- deliver a copy of the TD to the carrier
- send the documentation to quality@gamma-spa.com


NON-CONFORMING GOODS

In case of receipt of non-conforming goods send an email, complete with appropriate photographic documentation, to quality@gamma-spa.com indicating:

- batch number Gamma Spa
- non-compliant quantity per individual lot
- delivery note number
- invoice number

The absence of the above details means that the complaint cannot be processed.

RETURN GOODS

Non-conforming goods must be returned to Gamma Spa for defect analysis within 60 days from the date of complaint submission, otherwise the nonconformity procedure will be cancelled and the credit note cannot be issued.
